Login to my ocean resort casino12/9/2023 This dog is trained, she uses piddle pads, she did not do damage to the room. When I contacted the hotel I was told it was a deep cleaning for the damage done by my dog. Upon checking my account I noticed I was charged $250. I checked out of the hotel and was handed a $62 receipt. The manager stated if anyone else complains I would be asked to leave, that is a bit discriminatory. I also said she was going with my son to dinner and would be with me and not alone at any time in the room. I had dinner reservations so I went to the front desk and spoke to a manager explaining how the dog is a service animal and she had barked a bit but does not bark consistently. Security had come to tell me another guest complained. Upon my check at around 2pm, the dog, who is of course is an animal regardless of being a trained dog will of course bark in a new environment. I was accompanied by my 4 year old son, my mother and my sons registered service dog, who is a registered service dog. I was a guest at the hotel from Wednesday November 27th - 29th.
